A new Ofelia Place is here, bringing you the best plans to enjoy Holy Week in the capital city. As you already know, this is where I usually share the best experiences from my travels. But today, I felt like staying in Madrid and taking you through 6 spots that perfectly reflect the lifestyle we love at Ofelia: unique atmospheres, plenty of style, and of course, food that awakens all the senses.

If you're a fan of great cuisine, thoughtful design, and spaces full of personality, follow all my recommendations and discover the best places to explore and enjoy during these festive days.

I will start with something truly authentic, simple, and addressed to relax. At Pan y Pepinillos, the decor embraces you from the moment you walk in with natural wood tones and little details that make you feel right at home as you savour their homemade sandwiches and dishes. I can assure you it’s the most laid-back plan for the whole weekend.

Next, I’m taking things up a notch with a spot that perfectly blends the classic with the modern. Soft colours, elegant furniture, and a relaxed vibe... From a cosy brunch to a calm dinner, Casa Victoria has everything you need if you are looking to spend some quiet time in a special setting.

And speaking of special, Jingping e Hijo is another must-visit. With minimalist decor and a super cool atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a great cup of specialty coffee. This place is a full experience: unique ambiance, exquisite dishes, and that exotic twist we all crave from time to time. Perfect for breaking away from the routine during these days off.

Music. Design. Coffee. Faraday is a record, book, and antiques shop where you can also enjoy a great cup of coffee. With a sixty's vibe, the decor blends industrial and vintage touches with a hint of modern flair. A meeting point with great variety, it's a must-visit for anyone coming to Madrid.

If you are fond of greenery and all things natural, don’t worry, I've got the perfect place for you too. Plántate Café will absolutely cham you! With its organic interior design and plant-filled space, it’s a true breath of fresh air to recharge your energy. Their vegan and vegetarian options make it ideal for a healthy breakfast or lunch. If you’re after something fresh for the long weekend, this one’s a must on your list.

And finally, you can’t miss Casa Neutrale. With its minimalist decor in calming neutral tones and its light, flavourful menu, it feels like a little refuge right in the heart of the city. I promise you; this place makes you feel good and invites you to disconnect from the very first moment.

Now you’ve got everything you need to wander the city and discover new gems. These are soulful places that inspire and leave a lasting impression on everyone who visits. Enjoy every moment, appreciate every detail, and make this Holy Week one full of style and great taste.
