Dress your bedroom for this spring

Being comfortable and at home is something I'm not willing to give up, so it's not unusual that when spring arrives, I need a change, not only in my wardrobe, but also in my home. Nature changes so does my way of seeing the world and, above all, my home and how I feel in it.

It's time to put away the thicker clothes and bring out the thinner, lighter textiles so that my home also looks more spring-like and gives me a greater sense of space.

I like the rooms to look brighter, with details that help me to fill them with life. Small changes that allow me to tidy the house, to fall in love with my rooms again and discover that I have many possibilities to make the most of them, with decorative solutions that are simpler than they may seem at first.

One of the must-dos of the season is a change of wardrobe, just as textiles are also being renewed at home, and even the clothes we wear at home. It is as if everything around us needs to change its style, looking for fresher and livelier fabrics.

Spring decoration also involves making the rooms lighter, and bedroom is the room where the change of season is clearly visible. Preparing the bedroom for spring means moving from duvet covers and blankets to lighter textiles, such as bedspreads and plaids, for warmer and warmer days.

When I replace the bed linen, I also think of how to give the rooms a change of look, adding more spring-like textiles with lighter colours that remind me of sunny days.
