When I created my brand, my biggest goal was to make it consistent with my values and my personality. I like the designs that bring us closer to a more real world, where not everything has to be perfect, because for me perfection is being surrounded by what makes my life easier and relaxed. I like to project or find houses where everything is designed to generate comfort and well-being, and where beauty arises from the most unexpected.
I also like to know other brands in line with my ideas, that give value to the quality and design of their products. Materials, textures, colours... In short, brands that offer pieces full of creativity, authenticity and some freedom when using them at home. When I have the chance to collaborate with some of them, I feel lucky, so I cannot miss this opportunity to tell you about my recent collaboration with Alhambra Fabrics.
It is a brand of fabrics and textiles that was born in 1977 and is currently a benchmark in the sector of decor textile for interior design and home. I always insist on the importance of textiles when creating an environment and giving personality. Curtains, cushions, tablecloths... always bring warmth and help strengthen the style of a house. This idea and the fact of knowing the brand closely made this collaboration generate me a great illusion.
You know that, as in Ofelia Home & Decor, every season it is important to make a photo shooting that allows you to view the newest collections. Alhambra Fabrics staged a beautiful house where textiles play a main role. Seeing the slow lifestyle, with its natural materials and neutral colours, I clearly knew that my furniture and decorative accessories fit there perfectly.
As you can see in the images, the outdoor areas are a wonder and, to set them, they chose some of my most unique furniture. The corner with the Magna iron table and the Elizabeth patio chairs is really charming. Sinuous designs, aged finishes and a vintage touch that magnifies the feeling of happiness that is felt in this landscape.
Sheltered from the weather, but enjoying the pleasant breeze, we find an iconic design able to live with the most current trends. Gaola is a Peacock chair, made of cane and natural rattan, which invites you to relax. Somewhat exotic, this chair is the most original piece of this minimalist paradise.
Both outdoors and indoors, you can appreciate decorative objects from my brand, as well as collections as representative as the Karma tableware. Vases, decorative bowls, candleholders, antiques and very appreciated collection items. And jugs, glasses and plates... In short, a great variety of pieces that give off the beauty and elegance that are under their own simplicity.
