When the year began, surrounded by people I love, I wished for many beautiful things. I was starting a new year full of opportunities, with that flutter in my stomach for everything that was about to come. My blank page.

I turned that page into a book and slowly filled it with life — the good and the bad.

Every year, a little wiser (or so I like to think), I find myself remembering each chair that has been left empty. And precisely because of that, I embrace the present even more. For those who are no longer here. But I’m also moved by the new chairs we keep adding, and that extra space we always find at the table for everything new and beautiful that arrives.

Every table tells a story. Stories we fill not only with dishes, but with people, glances, and moments that bring us together. Because our lives revolve around the table:

for the past we remember,

for the present we share,

and for the future we dream of.

Each of these pieces was chosen to tell my story. They reflect everything I value and stand for: artisanal work, and the way I love to care for the people who sit with me.

A special mention goes to the Alondra plates, which are delicate and full of color. They bring that magic that turns any meal into a special moment, because even green beans can be special.

The glasses are like treasures eagerly waiting for every toast, filled with hope and life, because in the end, every toast is always a new beginning.
