Spring Table Workshop by Ofelia Home & Decor

Shared moments
Spring always arrives with an implicit invitation: to open the windows, let the light in and gather round the table once more. The days grow longer, the air becomes milder and that desire to make every meal a little special begins to take hold. Setting a beautiful table isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s a way of showing care, of sharing and of creating memories.
In our spring table decoration workshop, that was precisely what we aimed to do: transform the everyday into something extraordinary. We designed two different table settings, each with its own personality, but both with the same underlying theme: the freshness, delicacy and joy of this season. And the result couldn’t have been more spot on… they were an instant hit. Every detail won people over, every arrangement sparked inspiration, and everyone who took part was swept away by the magic of creating.
The flowers, of course, took centre stage. Chosen with care, they brought colour, texture and that natural air that defines spring. It wasn’t just about decorating, but about telling a story through them: light centrepieces, subtle combinations and small touches that filled the table with life.
One of the most special touches was the use of the napkin. We shaped it delicately until it became a small symbol: the flower. A simple gesture, yet full of intention, which connected with the time of year and added a poetic touch to each place setting.
Because sometimes it’s those little details that make all the difference, that turn a table setting into an experience.
This workshop was a celebration of beauty in everyday life. An invitation to pause, to create, and to enjoy the pleasure of sitting at the table surrounded by harmony. We talked about inspiration, about possible combinations, about losing the fear of mixing textures, colours and styles, and about understanding that you don’t need a special occasion to create something beautiful.
In the end, beyond the tables we designed, we took away something even more valuable: the feeling that everyone can recreate that magic in their own home. That a beautifully laid table can transform a simple gathering into an unforgettable memory. That taking time over the details is, in reality, a way of dedicating oneself to people.
Because spring isn’t just experienced outdoors… it can also blossom in every corner of our home, in every shared meal, in every thoughtful gesture. And, above all, in every table set with intention, affection and a touch of creativity.
