On the left wall there is a display that gives the impression of a built-in cupboard without doors. I have to admit that the ideas for displaying their products are quite original. The cabinet full of coloured glassware is fascinating.

The hydraulic floor, part of their collection, seems to have been recovered from what would have been an old manor house, combining it with printed cement and together with the shop's structure, it gives the sensation that you have entered that old manor house.

The bathrooms are of a similar style as the place, with natural wood, vintage furniture and copper taps. A delight to the eye and more, considering the room.

After the first area of the shop, we arrive at the coffee shop, the ambience reminds us that we are in a decoration shop. A wooden and stone bar, behind it a coffee machine, La Marzocco, considered the Ferrari of Italian espresso, of which you will be served a 100% Arabica coffee with sweet dishes such as the curious charcoal croissants or savoury dishes such as the delicious stuffed focaccias. The entire menu is prepared to be Bio.

I would classify the cafeteria lounge with a colonial style, with sofas and wooden and raffia divans, and in particular the wooden structure that reminds me of the old Mississippi steamboats. To describe it as cosy is an understatement. Francisco Segarra wanted to go beyond this concept and offers us a place to enjoy company surrounded by a setting where detail, warmth and elegance are priorities.

I was particularly impressed by the fact that some of the pictures were painted by Francisco Segarra himself. Paintings with character that say more than what you see.

After visiting the two shops in Madrid, I came to Ofelia Castellón with high expectations, and I recognise that they have more than fulfilled them. Entering this shop is like entering "Neverland" for a child. I have enjoyed every corner of the store and I picked up a lot of ideas and some little things that I couldn't resist buying.

The personal approach was one of the most positive points of my visit.
