How to buy in Ofelia:

HOW TO BUY IN OFELIA
  1. Select the product you want to add to your shopping basket, choose the colour, size and quantity and add it to your basket.
  2. If you want to continue shopping, go ahead! but if you have already finished your purchase you will have to process your order.
  3. To buy in OFELIA home&decor you need to register, if you are not registered yet, do it, it's quick and easy and being part of OFELIA home&decor friends always has advantages ;)
  4. If you are already part of our family, access your account from the top menu, WARNING! Due to legal requirements, we need you to insert your NIF (Tax Identification Number), this way we will generate the invoice that will correspond to your purchase.
  5. Once you are in your account:
    • Choose a delivery method.
    • Accept the terms and conditions of purchase.
    • Select a payment method.
    • Check that the information you have entered is correct and click on Confirm my order. You will then receive an email with the details and confirmation of your order.
I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD/USERNAME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It's very simple, don't worry. First, your user is your email, the one you registered with in Ofelia Home&Decor. To reset your password, go to our login panel using the personal account icon at the top of the menu and click on the question: Forgot your password? Leave us your email and you will shortly receive the necessary instructions to change the password of your Ofelia Home&Decor account.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

Access your account using the login located at the top of the menu, enter your username and password and once you are logged in, access your user profile, make the relevant changes, save them and voilá, changes completed.

I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN PLACING MY ORDER, I WOULD LIKE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL THE CURRENT ORDER. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Send us a quick email to web@ofeliahomedecor.com with any comments you would like to make on your order, we will contact the warehouse and if the order has not been dispatched, we will proceed to modify or cancel it.

PAYMENT TERMS
In Ofelia Home&Decor we have the following payment methods:
  • - Credit card: The bank cards accepted in our online shop are: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. Once the payment is accepted and during the process via the bank POS, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your payment and acceptance of the order. In case the payment transaction is denied by the bank, you will be informed by e-mail and your order will be immediately cancelled.
  • - Paypal: access your PayPal account and conveniently pay for your order at Ofelia Home&Decor.
  • - Sequra: you can pay in 3, 6, 12 or 18 months at a fixed cost per payment. At the time of order, you only pay the first part. You can advance the total or partial payment whenever you want, saving you costs. Example of credit 400€ at 12M, total due 460€ (APR: 37.33%), credit costs 5€ per part payment. You only need to tick the Sequra payment option in your order, your ID card, mobile phone number and your card number. Only for orders from Spain.

I NEED AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER

Write to us at web@ofeliahomedecor.com indicating the number of your order, we will send you the invoice as soon as possible.

Delivery

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY ONLINE FROM MY COUNTRY?

Currently we only ship in mainland Spain, France and Portugal, if you visit us from the Canary Islands, write to us at web@ofeliahomedecor.com and we will be happy to process your shipment personally. We keep working to make Ofelia Home&Decor reach all the corners of the world.

WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY DOES OFELIA WORK WITH?

We work with two transport companies depending on the characteristics of our items:

- Common shipments in weight and volume will be sent via GLS.

- Furniture and those shipments exceeding 30kg will be shipped via DACHSER.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Delivery of decorative items:

For orders over 100€ the shipping costs will be FREE. (mainland Spain)

On all orders under 100€ the shipping costs will be 6,90€. (mainland Spain)

Delivery policy

All orders that, due to weight, volume, or transport conditions, are packed on pallets will be shipped by our logistics company. The final price of the shipment will be communicated prior to checkout and will depend on the total volume.

NOTE: In such cases, when the order is sent palletised, it will be delivered at the portal or at the front door of the property but will not be taken up to the flat under any circumstances. If you would like to contract the floor delivery, please contact us at web@ofeliahomedecor.com to consult the conditions.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

At Ofelia Home&Decor we commit ourselves to deliver your order within 3 working days. (in mainland Spain)

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Receiving your order at home is always the most convenient but at Ofelia Home&Decor you can also receive your orders in our shop in Madrid, as long as your delivery is less than 100€. Please bear in mind these conditions when placing your order:

  • - Shop orders can ONLY be picked up on Fridays (no other day of the week) at Calle Barquillo 33.
  • - To receive your order on Friday of the same week you place it, you must place it before Tuesday at 8pm.
  • - Any order placed after our deadline will be processed for the next week Friday.
CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you the details.

Returns:

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?

If you see that your order has a defect on the outside of the packaging, please document it with photos at the time of delivery. If when you open it, your order is damaged or defective, firstly, our sincere apologies and secondly: please contact our after-sales team at the following e-mail address: web@ofeliahomedecor.com, informing us of the anomaly, the order reference, the delivery date and the pictures of the damage. We will contact you as soon as possible.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

You may return any item you have purchased from our online shop within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery of the goods.

All products that are to be returned to our warehouse must be in perfect condition, their packaging must be intact, and they must be returned in their original packaging. All items that have been used, are incomplete, damaged or are not in a perfect state of cleanliness cannot be treated as a return and no refund of the purchase price will be made.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

To start your return request, send an email to: web@ofeliahomedecor.com, indicating the product reference, shipping code and reason for return, we will write you as soon as possible indicating the steps to be taken to proceed with the return.

The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Ofelia Home&Decor will refuse to receive any return made with postage due.

Once we receive the return request and that the returned goods are in our warehouses we will proceed to the examination of the same and in case of total conformity we will proceed to the return of the same.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY REFUND?

You will receive the amount of your refund in your bank account within a maximum period of 14 days.
