After vacation, coming home always feels somewhat ritualistic. We unpack our suitcases, dust off our routines, and reconnect with the spaces that embrace us every day. September arrives with that transitional air: there’s still a touch of summer, but we’re already turning inward, seeking refuge in the everyday. It’s time to reconnect with our home, to prepare it for the new season that promises calm, golden light, and afternoons that invite lingering at home.
My first task after the summer break is always the same: creating the fall editorial. It’s a process I truly enjoy, as it allows me to imagine scenes, play with textures, colours, and sensations. This campaign, under the theme “A season of return”, is a tribute to that moment when home takes center stage again, when every corner becomes a shelter and every object, a companion.
That feeling of “returning to the nest” is exactly what inspires me. This time, the story begins in the heart of the home: the dining room. And what better way to start than with a table dressed in intention, designed to welcome, share, and celebrate.
The entire space breathes calm. The colours are soft, the materials natural, and the details thoughtfully chosen. I’ve opted for the serene presence of the Jade table, made of solid wood and finished in white; a simple design with turned legs that I adore. Surrounding it, the Nayanna rattan chairs in black create the perfect contrast; they’re light, full of character, and exude that artisanal charm that makes everything feel more authentic.
But a dining room isn’t complete without those accessories that wrap it in warmth such as auxiliary furniture that adds function, artworks that reflect our aesthetic vision, table lamps that create cozy nooks, and decorative objects that speak of who we are.
I love tending to those small details that make a space feel truly welcoming and personal, and I invite you to prepare yours so you can celebrate everyday moments and special occasions, always in good company.
In this editorial, where we return to what really matters, I wanted to highlight objects that transform the ordinary into something exceptional. As a final touch, I only needed a subtle gesture, and I found it in the Nysa handcrafted vases. They’re just the right size to avoid overwhelming the scene, and filled with flowers, they bring a breath of freshness that enlivens my table.
